A postdoctoral position with excellent growth potential is available immediately for structural studies of viral and immune-related proteins using solution NMR spectroscopy. Highly motivated candidates with excellent organizational and communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to work in a highly interdisciplinary research group, and prior experience in solution NMR and/or biophysics, and trained in protein chemistry, are strongly encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. degree or equivalent is required. Salary commensurate with experience. NMR core has Bruker 600, and 800 MHz equipped with cryoprobes and a 750 MHz spectrometers. Galveston is a tropical island and has all the charm of a small southern town and is just 40 miles south of Houston.
