We seek talented and motivated candidates who plan to begin or expand their research career as a cancer epidemiologist and who wish to play a leading role Ｏn projects focused Ｏn molecular epidemiology research of patients conducted within the large diverse HFH patient population.
In addition, the position offers opportunities for multi-disciplinary collaborations and professional development including publication, presentation at scientific conferences and involvement in proposal writing.
Candidates must hold a PhD in epidemiology, bioinformatics, biostatistics or related discipline. Some molecular biology laboratory experience is desired, but not required. Strong analytic skills, with basic knowledge of statistical genetic and bioinformatics software packages as well as basic computer programming skills are strongly desired. Candidates should have strong communication skills, with experience in research design, and scientific writing.
