The School of Education has a postdoctoral scholar position open for a funded project in the School of Education, and in close collaboration with Digital Promise and a national group of school district leaders, researchers, and technology partners. The Dean of the School of Education oversees the project at UC Davis.

Digital Promise will identify four to eight school districts, each of which will receive an award fund to prepare for, conduct, and document a pilot-to-purchase process of testing learning software product(s) with K-12 teachers and students in the spring semester of the 2014-2015 school year. Public school districts will be selected based Ｏn their readiness for conducting a pilot with new product(s) in this time period and their willingness and capacity to participate in research and documentation aspects of the project. Digital Promise will travel to participating districts to observe pilots and to interview administrators, educators, and students.
