The laboratory of Chang S. Chan is seeking a postdoc fellow for research Ｏn genomics of tumorigenesis. We are interested in identifying genetic aberrations important for tumor progression in large sequencing data of tumors. We are particularly looking for candidates who have a quantitative background and are interested in analyzing big data with an emphasis Ｏn understanding cancer progression.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in computational sciences, natural sciences, mathematics, engineering, bioinformatics, systems biology or a related discipline. Experience in bioinformatics, preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in a programming language such as Perl, Python, C, Java, Matlab or R.
