Postdoc in CryoEM of Membrane Proteins : Richmond, VA, United States
A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Montserrat Samso at the Dept. of Physiology and Biophysics of VCU, Richmond VA, to carry out structural analysis of membrane proteins using cryoEM and 3D reconstruction. The laboratory is fully equipped for all aspects of protein purification, cryoEM and computing, and offers an excellent training program. The candidate should have a PhD degree and experience in x-ray crystallography, electron microscopy and/or model building, and should have a desire to form part of a cryoEM team.
