You will be educated to PhD degree level in molecular biology/immunology (or equivalent) or be near to completion and you will have an active interest in undertaking scientific research, together with the ability to organise your work time efficiently.
The research involves a wide range of classical molecular and cellular techniques related to cellular immunology, including T cell assays (cytokine production, lysis, proliferation), flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISpot and T cell cultures. Experience with these techniques and familiarity with in vivo rodent work are desirable.
