Your profile:
We are looking for enthusiastic and outstanding applicants holding, or about to obtain,a PhD degree to build a new research group in our department dedicated to translational antigen presentation. The applicants should possess a solid research background in molecular immunology or molecular biology, and a strong track record. Experience in experimental cell therapy or dendritic cell research will be an advantage. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in One or more of the following areas: analysis of Crispr Cas, Cre/lox mutant transgenic mice systems, gene ex
What we offer:
Our group has a long-standing expertise in the cellular and functional characterization of dendritic cells, with a special emphasis On functional and pharmacological modulation of dendritic cells for immune response regulation. We work On a broad range of topics, primarily related to the subset-specific functions of human and murine dendritic cells and On clinically related questions of antigen presentation and other immunoregulatory cell types, including mesenchymal stroma cells. We use a wide spectrum of methods and offer a supportive, team-spirited, working environment in excellent, modern facilities. Selected publications: Hackstein et al.
