二、支持条件
2. Posts and SupportingPolicies
（一）北科杰出学者层次海内外人才
1.学校提供税前薪酬人民币80万元/年以上，正常享受教学科研津贴、各类奖励和二级单位津贴，上不封顶。
2.学校住房补贴一事一议。
3.学校提供科研启动经费理工类人民币500-1000万元、经管和人文社科类人民币100-300万元。
(1)Eminent scientists and/or engineers
Supporting policies:
a. USTB provides a minimum annual payment of 800,000 RMB (before tax), withregularteaching and research subsidies, bonus, and allowances from departments, institutes and schools.
b. Housing subsidies will be granted accordingly.
c. USTB provides 5-10 million RMB start-up capital for science and engineering research, and 1-3 million RMB for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences research.
（二）北科领军学者层次海内外人才
1.学校提供税前薪酬人民币65万元/年以上，正常享受教学科研津贴、各类奖励和二级单位津贴，上不封顶。
2.学校提供住房补贴人民币200-300万元。
3.学校提供科研启动经费理工类人民币300-600万元、经管和人文社科类人民币50-100万元。
(2) Leadingacademics
Supporting policies:
a. USTB provides a minimum annual payment of 650,000 RMB (pre-tax), withregularteaching and research subsidies, bonuses, and allowancesfromdepartments, institutes and schools.
b. USTB provides 2-3 million RMB housing subsidies.
c. USTB provides start-up capital for science and engineering research, varying from 3 to 6 million RMB and that for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences research varying from 500,000RMB to 1 million RMB.
（三）北科鼎新学者层次海内外人才
1.学校提供税前薪酬人民币40万元/年以上，正常享受教学科研津贴、各类奖励和二级单位津贴，上不封顶。
2.学校提供住房补贴人民币100万元。
3.学校提供科研启动经费理工类人民币150万元、经管和人文社科类人民币50万元。
(3) Young top-notch talents
Supporting policies:
a. USTB provides a minimum annual payment of 400,000 RMB, withregularteaching and research subsidies, bonuses, and allowancesfromdepartments, institutes and schools.
b. USTB offers 1 million RMB housing subsidies.
c. USTB provides 1.5 million RMB start-upcapitalfor science and engineering research, and 500,000 RMB for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences research.
（四）北科青年学者层次海内外人才、特聘教授、特聘副教授
1.对于在相应学科取得国内外同行专家公认的突出业绩、学术水平在本学科同类人员具有明显优势、有较大发展潜力的青年人才，可直接聘任为特聘教授或特聘副教授，享受教授、副教授相应校内薪酬待遇。特别优秀者可入选北科青年学者，额外享受人才津贴人民币8万元/年。
2.对于特聘教授学校提供科研启动经费理工类不少于人民币50万元、经管和人文社科类不少于人民币20万元，特聘副教授学校提供科研启动经费理工类不少于人民币30万元、经管和人文社科类不少于人民币10万元。
(4) USTB-recognized titles, distinguished professorsanddistinguished associate professors
Supporting policies:
a. USTB will appoint young talents who have achieved an outstanding performance in their corresponding disciplines, and who havedemonstratedtalentor academic potential as distinguished professors, distinguished associate professors respectively, with equalwelfare benefitsforprofessors or associate professors. Top Ｏnes can be listed as USTB Young Scholar, with extra subsidies of 80,000 RMB per year.
b. USTB provides a 500,000RMB (minimum) start-up capital for distinguished professors for science and engineering research, or 200,000 RMB (minimum) for economic, humanities and social sciences research; 300,000RMB (minimum) start-up capitals for distinguished associate professors for science and engineering research, or 100,000 RMB (minimum) for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences research.
（五）博士后研究人员
博士后研究人员是我校重要的从事科学研究的生力军。对于符合条件的进站人员，学校提供支持条件如下：
1.薪酬由学校和导师共同出资，合作导师可额外给予配套，上不封顶。
2.提供博士后公寓或周转房。
3.入选博士后创新人才支持计划、博士后国（境）外交流项目人员，学校待遇叠加发放。
4.入站学术业绩优异的人选可给予特聘副教授、特聘教授待遇。
5.在站期间学术业绩优异者出站后可留校任教。
(5) Postdoctoralresearchers
Supporting policies:
a. A competitive salary is provided by both USTB and the supervisor (professor).
b. A postdoctoral apartment or dormitory room is offered.
c.Postdoctorsdemonstrating excellent academic performance upon review are eligible to be granted remuneration forDistinguishedAssociate Professors or Professors.
d.Postdoctorswho demonstrate excellent academic performance are eligible to be offered a faculty position at USTB upon completion of their postdoctoral fellowship.
（六）外籍教师
1.外籍教师可申请学校各类教师岗位，纳入学校整体教师队伍管理，享受校内同类人员薪酬。
2.担任海外高水平大学和科研机构副教授及以上职位或其他相应职位的外籍教师可申请访问教授岗位（专兼职均可）。
(6)Internationalfaculty
a. Internationalteachers meeting the qualification oftheUSTBRecruitment Program can applyforthelisted positions in the Program.Employed teacherswillbe contracted as USTB teaching staff, enjoying the same salary, subsidies and bonus as their counterpart USTB teaching staff..
b.Associate professorsor professorsat prominentinternationaluniversities or scientific institutions can apply forthe position ofvisiting professors (either as full-time or part-time).
以上各类人员社保事宜均按照国家有关政策执行，学校协助符合政策的人员解决子女入托入学，符合条件的可进入学校人才特区——融合创新研究院。其他事宜面议。

三、招聘程序
（一）网上投递应聘材料。接收应聘材料邮箱为附件中各单位公布的专用电子邮箱。应聘材料包括：
1.个人简历。含个人基本信息、教育及工作经历、近五年承担科研项目及发表论文情况（标注影响因子及中科院JCR分区）、获奖成果等。
2.附件材料。包括身份证/护照、学历学位证书、任职证明、科研项目证明、论文首页、获奖证明、专利证明等。
（二）各用人单位根据岗位需求及应聘者情况，进行筛选。
（三）各用人单位按程序进行面试、试讲、综合考察等相关环节。
（四）人事处、人才工作办公室汇总各用人单位上报的拟接收人员后，按照学校相关规定和程序，确定人选。
3.RecruitmentProcedure
(1) Applicants must submit their materialstothe emailaddresses released by variousdepartments(Seethe attachment).The application should contain the followingitems:
a.CV, includingpersonal information, education and work experiences, publications, research projects (the impact factors and JRC partitionsindicated), patents andawards, etc. withinthefive yearperiod before applying.
b. Attachments,includingID-card/passport, education and degree certificates,employmentcertificate, proof materials of research projects, front pages of publications,award certificate,as well as patent certificate,etc.
(2)Theemployingdepartments screen theapplicantsaccording to thepositionsavailable and theirqualifications.
(3) The employing departmentsfollow the procedures of preliminaryinterview, trial lecture,andcomprehensiveobservation.
(4)On the basis ofthecandidates proposedbyallemploying departments,theDepartmentofHumanResourcesand TalentAffairsSectionwill determinethe final employment listaccording to the relevant regulations and procedures of theuniversity.
四、应聘须知
1．应聘人员须具有良好的思想政治素质，拥护中国共产党的路线、方针、政策。热爱社会主义祖国，热爱高等教育事业，具有较强的责任感、敬业精神和奉献意识。
2．除特殊学科外，应聘人员原则上具有博士学位，可以是博士研究生、博士后出站人员、留学回国人员或调入人员，年龄在35周岁以下。具有高级专业技术职务的人员，年龄要求可放宽。
3．除特殊学科外，拟聘人员如无博士后工作经历，原则上须在学校设立的博士后科研流动站进行研究工作。

Introduction

Founded in 1952, the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) is Ｏne of the most influential key national universities, focusing Ｏn engineering with a well-balanced disciplinary structure oftechnology,Science, Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities and Law. It is Ｏne of the first universities in mainland China to have won official approval to establish graduate schools, also Ｏne among the first group of universities chosen to be China’s 211 Project in May 1997. USTB has a long tradition of rigorous learning and teaching, which is partly attributable to its scholarly faculty. Among its over3,380faculty members, 14 are CAS members or CAE members (Seven are members of both institutes), four are the committee members of Committee of Social Science, 18 awardees of The Ten Thousand Talent Program(including four young top-notch scholars), two nationally outstanding teachers,22awardees of The Cheung Kong Scholars Program, 20 awardees of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, 18 awardees of the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars, 18 awardees listed Ｏn Millions of Talent Projects National candidates, 34 outstanding teachers of Beijing, 103 New Century Excellent Talents in University.
