一、学院介绍
南京大学人工智能学院于2018年3月5日下文、5月20日挂牌，是我国C9高校中首个人工智能学院，致力于建设人工智能领域国际一流学术重镇和拔尖创新人才培养基地。学院成立四年来取得了长足发展，建设了一支由世界级专家领衔、青年学者蓬勃成长、具有国际影响力的高水平教师队伍，并在前沿科技研究、国家重大工程、产学研协同创新方面不断取得重要进展。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学人工智能学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事人工智能各主要研究方向的优秀人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘岗位以准聘助理教授为主，岗位总数不超过3人。特别优秀的候选人，也可应聘准聘副教授岗位。研究方向包括：
（1）人工智能基础理论；
（2）人工智能模型算法；
（3）人工智能应用技术；
（4）人工智能系统平台。
三、申请条件：
（1）遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；
（2）具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；
（3）一流的学术背景：具有国内外一流大学的人工智能、计算机科学与技术或其他相关学科的博士学位（准聘副教授岗位应聘者取得博士学位至申请截止日期应不少于两年；准聘助理教授岗位应聘者博士学位应于2022年6月30日前取得），具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态；
（4）出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任人工智能专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力（应聘准聘副教授岗位应具有不少于60学时教学经历)，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；
（5）突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。

The positions are mainly for tenure-trackassistant professor, and the total number of positions does not exceed three. Excellent candidates can also apply fortenure-track associateprofessor positions. Research interests include：(1) Basic theory of artificial intelligence；(2) Artificial intelligence model algorithm；(3) Artificial intelligence application technology；(4) Artificial intelligence system platform.
3.Qualifications
Applicants must have a PhD degree inartificialintelligence, computer science or a related area（Candidates for the tenure-track associate professor position must have held a PhD degreeno less than two years before the application deadline;candidates for the tenure-track assistant professor positions should receive a PhDdegree before June 30, 2022); Postdoctoral experience at world leading institutions will be a plus. A successful applicant will be expected to contribute to the department through research, teaching, and student mentorship. Therefore, a strong record of research publications and demonstration of teaching ability are also essential（Applicants for tenure-track associateprofessor position should have at least 60 class hours of teaching experience).
