岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、3年及以上MES项目实施经验，有成功的MES项目管理和项目跟踪经验，能够起草项目计划和设计方案，
3、熟悉制造业流程和生产系统；
4、能接受常驻印度（最少2年）；
岗位职责：
1、参与印度公司MES系统部署；
2、负责印度公司MES系统项目，并确保MES系统成功上线；
3、MES系统的后期运维工作。
Job Requirements：
1. an MES Expert with serious personality and can-do spirit, capable to understand priorities and deploy the proper solution Ｏn time.
2. Bachelor and above, 5 years of experience
3. Ability to communicate in English
4. Extensive Hands-on Experience Ｏn MES deployment and other Production related systems
5. Experience of MES project management and Project following up, ability to draft both project plan and design plan.
6. Ability and willingness to work in a team and follow instruction from senior management
7. Ability to see the whole picture and Eyes Ｏn detail to identify problems
8. Willing to follow ATL's policies like working at night if necessary
9. Experience with project management and Project following up is a PLUS
10. Having Project management certificates like PMP is a PLUS
Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in MES System deployment in ATL India
2. Lead MES projects and Activities in ATL India, including but not limited to analysis, design, deployment,acceptance and issues following up. Make sure MES projects meet the cost, schedule, scope and quality requirement
3. Troubleshooting ＯnMES system.
4. Participate in the support of Other Production related systems
5. Responsible to solve user related issue in a timely manner.
6. Engage with Engineers and vendoers locate in China for the Coordination of MES Projects
7. Oversee the installation and configuration of new MES related software.
