任职条件：Job requirement
1. 市场营销学 行政管理 专业专科；Marketing and Public administration college graduated  
2. 具有OPPO VIVO 小米 金立 行业背景至少2年以上，业绩突出；With at least 2 years' industrial background in OPPO VIVO and Xiaomi Gionee, outstanding performance.
3. 具有大型商场 商铺 资源优先考虑； It is preferable to have large store resources;
4. 具有MIMISO 门店拓展经验一年以上 More than Ｏne year of experience in store development of MIMISO.
5. 具备良好的组织协调能力；Good ability of organization and coordination.
6. 能熟练使用办公室软件系统   Master of office software system
7. 国籍：印尼人 印尼华人  Nationality: Indonesian, Indonesian Chinese.
8. 会说汉语 印尼语 英语  Chinese and Indonesian English fluency

Development manager/Duties；拓展经理/专员 岗位职责
1 . 完成上级下达的店铺拓展指标 Completed the store development target assigned by the superior
2 . 负责区域内商圈的走访与考察; Visited and inspected the business circle in the region;
3. 建立维护顾客档案，协助开展顾客关系营销；Establishment and maintain customer files and assist in customer relationship marketing;
4 . 及时准确完成门店各类报表；Timely and accurately complete various store reports of files
5 . 密切商场的沟通，谈判直至签约；Keep close communication with the department store, negotiate and sign the contract;
6 . 跟进已签约的商场，及时交铺； Follow up the signed shopping malls and deliver them in time;
7 . 协助其他部门和商场的沟通；Assisted other departments to communicate with the department store
8 . 市场及竞品的信息收集，协助总经理做好区域发展规划；Collection information of competitor Ｏn market , and assist the general manager in regional development planning;
9 . 各类招商会，地产会等协助工作；Assisting various kinds of works which is investment fair and real estate associations;
10 . 完成上级下达的其他工作；Completely other tasks assigned by the superior;
