Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for Research & Development of magbeads products, including magbeads production, surface modification, ligand conjugation, et.al.

·        Be professional Ｏn small and large scale production of magbeads

·        Manage troubleshooting during the production process, ensuring final delivery in high quality manner.

·        Lead teams to plan and improve the whole magbeads/resin product lines

·        Understand how to manage the applications of magbeads in different fields and collecting these application data via designing and conducting experiments

·        Oversee the product line’s life cycle and anticipate any problems and communicate those to the team and organization/customer if needed

·        Serve as a subject matter expert Ｏn the magbeads product suite.; assist with internal training, support, analyst relations, and marketing efforts

·        Stay up-to-date Ｏn current and upcoming innovations and capabilities in magbeads industry and related fields

·        Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product feature documents and metrics

Requirements:

·        Ph.D in Polymer Chemistry, Material chemistry and/or Organic Chemistry; or Master degree with related working experiences; background in Biology and/or Biomedical is a plus

·        Experienced in magbeads development, and familiar with the applications of magbeads

·        Experienced as a project manager and/or as a group leader; Ability to work productively with others in a highly collaborative manner

·        Comfortable analyzing data and methodical approach to troubleshooting issues. Able to effectively translate findings to variety of stakeholders.

·        Familiar with protein purification and/or cell sorting process

·        Superior written and oral communications in both English and Chinese Mandarin
