MCN Leader
Location: Indonesia/Thailand/Vietnam/Philippine/Malaysia

What you will do:
Act as the key person to contact with influencers and MCNs, develop and build cooperation with suitable KOLs, negotiate contracts and share a common interest for both sides
Build influencer network Ｏn Instagram and TikTok
Analyze e-commerce market trend, understand KOLs’ requirements and has the methodology to pitch them
KOLs daily operation and management
Coordinate with other region office and departments like E-commerce/ Business Development/ Live Stream, make sure each project get well planned and executed
Work together with China Headquarter team to achieve business milestones, routinely report market and KOLs’ feedback.

What you will bring:
Experienced in MCN operation and talent development and management, or if you are already a famous KOL who understands the whole process of live stream
Good communication skill and Can-Do spirit
Strong ownership and self-motivated
Good at office soft-wares and able to do paper works
Fluent English is a must, Chinese will be a big plus
