Associate Account Director / Account Manager（China international / cross border clients and Japan Market）Fluent Japanese required

 Responsible for the Business development in China with Japan based clients and agencies. (Business development in Japan market required after the COVID-19 situation)
 Responsible for the Business development in China with foreign based international boutique agencies
 Act as the key contact point for clients for digital campaign management matters
 Develop and maintain close client relationship and maintain frequent contact
 Proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve campaign performance based Ｏn campaign data, and to grow campaign through results and trusted relationship
 Identify opportunities and cross-sell within assigned clients’ marketing portfolio
 Identify new prospects, and reach out to new prospects to pitch for business opportunity.
 Prepare, present and pitch media strategies and proposals to clients
 Manage Local/ Regional Ｏnline marketing campaign for corporate clients by having deep understanding and ability to analyze ROI/CPA goals and data, media buying cycle, marketing philosophy, targeting mechanism, etc.
 Work closely with in-house ad-ops team Ｏn campaign implementation and reporting, including campaigns with GDT, OTV, Red, KOL and other media direct buy products.

Requirements:
 Proven work experience Ｏn business development, account and digital campaign management
 Hands Ｏn experiences with Display/ Mobile digital campaigns
 Minimum 3 - 5 years of account servicing & marketing experience (experience from agency, publishers or Ｏnline marketing industry is a plus)
 Willing to be a sales driven self-starter who is able to work autonomously within a highly dynamic environment
 Excellent corporate written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, English and Mandarin. Cantonese or any other Asian language skills a big plus
 Regional experience is an advantage
 Problem identifier and solver
 Strong attention to details and organizational skills
 Frequent travel to Japan is required (2-3 times per quarter after the pandemic)
