JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
工作职责:
1.Oversee the day to day operation. Execute the operational excellence strategy and lead the branch towards a competitive company in the market.
监督日常操作,实施卓越运营策略,带领分公司成为市场上具有竞争力的公司。
2.Responsible to sales target as the primary goal, Actively cooperate with HQ to implement and adhere to company policies and sales strategies, Manage the stocks and expenditures with reasonable care, and strive to achieve the given sales and profit targets.
以完成销售为主要目标,与总部积极配合,执行公司政策和销售策略,合理管理库存及财务支出,努力实现既定的销售和利润目标。
3.Focus in the development and building of Distributor Network Teams. Communicate regularly and building rapport with the leaders. Organize and promote various sales/marketing events to grow the distributors and the market
专注于发展和建立经销商团队,定期与领袖沟通并建立友好关系,通过组织各类销售/营销活动促进组织发展。
4.Ensure employees work productively. Encourage and guide the employees in achieving self-development within the branch. Empower the employees based On their expertise and groom them to next level.
确保员工高效地工作,鼓励和指导员工在分公司内实现个人发展;根据员工的专业知识匹配赋予权力,并鼓励继续发展。
5.Timely communication to Headquarters of all legal, business regulatory and political issues , changes and updates, including proposed solutions/recommendations
及时向总部传达当地相关商业法律法规,政治变更和更新,包括给与建议解决方案和对策。
6.Provide professional, feasible and constructive solutions to issues e.g. (Sales and profit decline, loss of business to competitors) and handle employee conflict issues tactfully and impartially.
面对问题时(例如 :销售额和利润下降,失去业务于竞争对手),提供专业、具有建设性及可行性的解决方案,并以机智和公正的态度处理员工冲突问题。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,有3-5年或5年以上非洲国家直销行业工作经验者优先;
2. 领导力与责任心兼具,具备良好的沟通、协调和统筹能力;
4. 英语能作为工作语言,有法语基础更佳;
5. 能接受中长期外派(非洲国家:多哥/喀麦隆/尼日利亚/乌干达/塞内加尔/科特迪瓦等)。
