职责描述: Job Responsibilities: Manage and lead a collaborative recruiting team that can scale to the dynamic demands of a growing company Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws Define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals Driving performance management and a pay for performance culture, proactively manage problem areas and key issues Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in tech recruiting and compensation, Working closely with the leadership and managers in each office to develop a regional recruiting/staffing strategy for key positions delivering qualified candidates On time and in the most cost effective way Managing day-to-day employee relations, and proactively ensure business practices are in compliance Nurture a positive working environment Report directly to CEO of headquarter 1.管理并领导一个协作招聘团队,该团队能够适应不断发展的公司的动态需求 2.了解当地联邦、州和地方就业法律 3.定义一致的数据驱动的招聘指标和目标 4.推动绩效管理和绩效薪酬文化,主动管理问题领域和关键问题 5.保持与竞争环境的联系,包括技术招聘和薪酬趋势,与每个办公室的领导和经理密切合作,为关键职位制 定区域招聘/人员配置战略,成本效益的方式及时提供合格的候选人 6.管理日常员工关系,并主动确保业务实践合规 7.培养积极的工作环境 8.直接向总部首席执行官汇报 Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management/Organizational or related discipline required. (PHR / SPHR/ SHRM – CP/SCP) certification is preferred Ability maintain a high level of confidentiality A broad knowledge of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Training, Conflict Resolution and experience with workplace investigations Strong organizational skills, and ability to adjust priorities rapidly Bilingual required: (English and Chinese) Preferably 3 years or above of progressive experience in HR or Management/Leadership, experience with defining and presenting recruiting and pipeline metrics and data 要求人力资源管理/组织或相关学科学士学位。 (PHR/SPHR/SHRM–CP/SCP)认证优先 保持高度保密的能力 广泛了解员工关系、劳动关系、培训、冲突解决和工作场所调查经验 强大的组织能力和快速调整优先事项的能力 要求双语:(英语和汉语) 最好有3年或以上人力资源或管理/领导方面的渐进经验,有定义和展示招聘和渠道指标和数据的经验
