职责描述： 1. 负责搭建欧洲能源业务经营分析体系，根据能源业务场景梳理各服务/产品对应的明细指标 2. 结合业务运营策略，开展业务指标跟踪，识别待改善提升项并提出优化建议；并端到端地推进问题改进建议在业务侧的落地； 3. 定期完成经营分析报告、滚动预测等经营分析工作，为经营方向、业务运营及增长策略提供数据洞察支持； 4. 根据业务发展，持续收集新增经营分析需求，与数据团队协作，完成相关BI报表及数据产品开发 5. 洞察市场趋势，关注行业变化，监控和定期收集市场和竞品信息与相关数据 Job description: 1. Responsible for setting up the European power business analysis system, sorting out the detailed indicators of services /products according to different business scenarios; 2. Following the business operation strategy, carry out business indicators tracking, identify items to be improved and put forward optimization suggestions; promote the end to end landing of improvement suggestions Ｏn the business side; 3. Regularly complete business analysis reports, rolling forecasts and other business analysis work, and provide data insight support for business orientation, business operations and growth strategies; 4. According to business development, continuously collect new business analysis demands, cooperate with the data team to complete BI reports and data product development; 5. Conduct market insight, follow industry changes, monitor and regularly collect market and competitors information and related data. 任职要求： 1. 本科以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、商业分析、管理等相关专业，5年以上经营分析、咨询分析、业务管理等经验； 2. 具备较强的总结能力，能做出深入的业务专项数据分析，并形成数据分析报告； 3. 善于思考，逻辑思维能力强，较强的业务和行业洞察； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神，善于跨部门沟通合作，推动解决业务问题； 5. 熟练使用EXCEL、SQL、PPT等，掌握分析工具如R，SPSS、SAS、python等加分。 Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics, mathematics, computer science, business analysis, management, etc., with at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, business management, etc.; 2. Strong summary ability, able to make in-depth specific data analysis, and output data analysis reports; 3. Good at thinking, having strong logical thinking ability, strong business and industry insight; 4. Good communication skills and team spirit, good at cross-departmental communication and cooperation, as well as promoting the solutions of business problems; 5. Proficient in EXCEL , SQL , PPT , etc., good at analysis tools such as R , SPSS, SAS , Python , etc. is a plus.
