Position: D/SD of Real Estate in Fosun Insurance Asset Management Center/BU Location: Mainly based in London, but requires frequent travels to Lisbon and Frankfurt. Job Responsibilities: - Portfolio management of insurance real estate assets and performance reporting - Align with insurance companies in Lisbon and Frankfurt to implement real estate investment and exit strategy - New investment and divestment analysis and reporting - Assist communication and strategic alignment between Insurance Group and Hive (real estate arm of the group) - Assist building mechanism to improve overall performance of the portfolio and real estate teams - Market/industry research OKR - Investment framework agreed for insurance company to invest as a cornerstone investor for Hive (real estate arm of the group) funds and capital drawdown. - Build mechanism to improve overall performance of the portfolio and real estate teams. - Strategic projects execution - Portfolio management including SAA and return in line with budget, no major risk, and reporting. Requirements: - Experience in working in financial services industry in Europe and/or in China, insurance company is plus - Experience in investment, asset management or fundraising of real estate - Knowledge and understanding of real estate allocation of insurance companies - Good communication skills - Native Mandarin, and fluent Portuguese and/or German is plus
