Responsibilities • Rapidly build and manage a metrics-driven, customer-focused sales networks in the respective territory • Implement a go-to-market strategy including process, procedures, metrics, and pipeline across multiple channels including direct sales and channel sales • Drive multi-solutions growth while maximizing new business opportunities • Lead an internal culture of collaboration and innovation • Identify, prioritize, and personally drive engagement with potential customers • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting • Communicate regularly with the management team On budget achievements, sales strategies, market conditions, and counter-measures • Define and track key sales performance metrics and be accountable for results • Work closely with Marketing, Solution and Project Management teams regarding market / customer feedback Requirements • Bachelor's degree and above in Business Information System, Engineering, Software and/or relevant fields/ Australian Citizen or Australian PR preferred. • 5 years of extensive sales leadership experience in Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material-Handling Equipment (MHE) industry. • Diversified, multi-channel sales management experience dealing across various industries such as E-Commerce, 3PL, Pharmaceutical and Retail etc. • Proven track record of fast-paced strategic thinking, exceeding sales targets, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions. • Successfully built innovative sales models combined with the tactical ability to execute. • Experience with value-based selling and ROI presentation. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with all-level stakeholders. • Strong people-management skills and experience: Skilled in performance management, motivating individuals, addressing weaknesses, and supporting performance improvements • Strong entrepreneurial drive, high energy, a self-starter attitude, the ability to set and meet aggressive goals, and the drive to succeed both personally and professionally • Aggressive, honest and diligent, healthy, optimistic and open-minded, with pioneering spirit, able to travel frequently.
