职责描述： 1、负责无线模块及终端产品的生产支持，监督产品质量，及时反馈生产问题，并和项目组成员一起研究问题对策; 1. Responsible for the production support of wireless modules and terminal products, supervise product quality, timely feedback production problems, and study problems and countermeasures with project team members; 2、参与规划无线模块及终端产品的生产测试工位和优化各产品的生产工艺; 2. Participate in planning the production and testing stations of wireless modules and terminal products and optimize the production process of each product; 3、主导/协调资源解决现场生产问题，并推动生产工艺的优化; 3. Lead/coordinate resources to solve Ｏn-site production problems and promote the optimization of production processes; 4、负责外协加工厂的例行审核，生产/质量问题的跟踪和验证; 4. Responsible for the routine audit of the factory, tracking and verification of production/quality issues; 5、协助客户投诉的调查和处理; 5. Assist in the investigation and handling of client quality issues; 任职要求： 1、专科以上学历，计算机、电子通信等相关专业; 1. College degree or above, major in computer, electronic communication, etc.; 2、有3年以上通信行业工作背景; 2. More than 3 years working background in communication industry; 3、有3年以上生产/工艺工程工作经验; 3 years working experience in production/process engineering; 4、熟悉SMT相关工艺及通讯产品的测试原理; 4. Familiar with SMT related processes and testing principles of communication products; 5、沟通能力强，团队协助能力强; 5. Strong communication skills, strong team assistance skills; 6、熟悉IPC-610C相关标准; 6. Familiar with IPC-610C related standards;
