Autel Robotics is a high-growth startup with a focus On providing UAV Solutions for the commercial and enterprise markets. In this role, the Sales Operations Manager will work with the Sales teams to manage the sales execution activities, sales forecasting, revenue routing, sales incentive programs, quota tracking and management, opportunity pipeline management, annual territory planning, goals setting, and organizational planning in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. The Sales Operations Manager will drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the team to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to the management team. The candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. The candidate will have communication and customer-relationship skills, analytic insight, and will advocate for their customers to other internal parties. Active collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Repair team will be important to the effective execution of the responsibilities. The candidate will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Job Responsibilities: · Ability to develop, implement, and maintain new sales management, data, planning processes. · Establish and maintain pricing programs. · Oversee the sales funnel. · Drive improvements to the reporting tools, methods, and processes utilized by the Sales team. · Responsible for selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools. · Manage CRM data. · Participate in sales forecasting. · Work with the sales team to develop organizational goals. · Take a lead role in identifying the right CRM program to implement. Requirements: Experience in project management Experience in a high growth company Operate in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly. Business judgment can influence others, analytical skills, and a track record of taking ownership, and influencing results. Self-starter, proactive and action-oriented Excellent verbal and written skills Language: Mandarin (Required)
