职责描述： • Manage business claims from start to finish to safeguard company’s best interest. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, and resolve business concerns. • Coordinate with stakeholders to follow, improve, and implement business processes. • Provide directions for manufacturing teams to prepare business claims/quotations. • Responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy and completeness of strategic quotations. • Business negotiation for business/cost claim settlements. 任职要求： Minimum: • 1~3 years of success in business development or business operations. • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or mathematics. • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. • Ability to analyze data logically and provide strategic recommendations to management. • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly. • Ability to speak and write in both English and Mandarin fluently. Preferred: • MBA or Master’s Degree in related field. • EMS/OEM/ODM experience in consumer electronics. • Exceptional negotiation skill. • At least 1 year experience at business operation role in manufacturing.
