岗位职责: 1. 了解运营商目标设定,可以很好的把运营商需求转化成公司内部开发需求,和研发系统配合,打造有竞争力的运营商产品; 2. 熟悉美国运营商产品流程,主导运营商投标、产品入库和需求对接; 3. 负责运营商产品导入期的产品支持工作,负责远程或现场支持国家入网,运营商准入测试、认证要求,如Verizon/TMO等。 4. 保障美国市场的产品质量及外场测试,保障移动终端的网络功能和性能,以及管理第三方服务测试公司等; 任职要求: 1.本科学历及以上,通信、信号处理、电子、计算机等相关专业,3年以上相关工作经验;; 2.熟悉CDMA/GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G等相关通信原理,熟悉部分3GPP协议和规范; 3.英文听说读写能力优秀,可作为工作语言; 4.理解美国市场运营规律,有运营商投标、产品支持等相关工作经验; 5.良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力,逻辑思路清晰。 Responsibilities: Understanding the goal setting of operators, transform the requirements of operators into the internal development needs of the company, and cooperate with the R&D to create competitive products for operators. Be familiar with the product process of U.S. operators, and lead the bidding, product warehousing and demand docking of operators. Be responsible for the product support of operators in the early phase, such as Verizon / TMO, etc. Working remotely or On-site support for national certification of network, operator admission test and collect certification requirements. Guarantee the product quality and field test in the U.S. market, guarantee the network function and performance of mobile hotspot and CPE terminal, and manage the third-party service testing company, etc. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, signal processing, electronics, computer, etc., with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Be familiar with CDMA / GSM / WCDMA / LTE / 5G and other related communication principles, and be familiar with some 3GPP protocols and specifications. Excellent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as working language. Understand the operation rules of the U.S. market, and have relevant working experience in operator bidding, product support, etc. Good language skills and communication skills, clear logical thinking.
