Overseas BD Manager: ◦ Identify new business opportunities for sales of products and implement business development initiatives to expand sales channel, by analyzing industrial development, identifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry to define sales options for EcoFlow. ◦ With field experience in new energy(solar/battery/wind), power equipment tools, RV, big-box retail, etc. ◦ Responsible for the organization and conduction of North American offline sales events , attending exhibitions, business forum, events at our customers' brick-and-mortar in the states. ◦ Build and maintain solid and long-lasting client relationships by maintaining existing sales channels and developing new sales channels in NA market; ◦ Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities in order to capture business opportunities; Develop and implement strategies to increase the scale of EcoFlow’s market share and complete the sales target; ◦ Proactively follow up with clients to learn their thoughts and provide feedback to internal team to make sales strategy; Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above; 2. With 3 years’ or above relevant experience in sales and business development, new energy(solar/battery/wind), power equipment tools, RV field experience a plus; 3. Proven experience in dealing with customers in retail sales, distribution channels preferred; 4. Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; 5. Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint); 6. Business travel is required
