一、任职要求Requirements & Qualifications: 1、本科及以上学历,其中英语、法语、荷兰语或其他语言至少一种可作为工作语言 Bachelor’s Degree or above. Proficient in English/French/Dutch or at least One other language. 2、有新能源光伏行业太阳能产品1-3年以上销售经验 1-3 years sales experience in the PV industry. 3、具有较强的沟通能力及商务谈判能力,良好的人际关系和组织协调能力 Have strong communication skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and coordination skills. 4、熟悉国外太阳能行业各国政策,市场风向标、各国产品需求,熟悉产品行业标准 Familiar with the domestic and global policies. Have an accurate grasp On PV industry development trends in each destination country/area and understand the industry competition pattern. Have knowledge of the product demand in different countries/areas, familiar with the industrial standards and specifications of products. 5、长期接受或适应海外出差 Can take frequent and long-term business travels. 二、岗位职责Job Responsibilities: 1、 负责欧洲或澳洲,西欧、北欧、荷比卢地区等国家光伏组件销售及市场维护,完成销售指标 Responsible for the sales and CRM of PV modules in Australia, Western Europe, Northern Europe and/or the Benelux region, and achieve the sales targets. 2、 维护和建立客户关系,现有客户关系拓展,新客户的开拓与发展 Cultivate new and existing client relationships and develops a plan for prospective clients. 3、 负责与客户的日常沟通,订单确立,洽谈销售合同的相应条款,协议价格、产品数量等,内外部协调处理商务、技术、财务等相关问题 Responsible for daily communications with clients, including obtaining orders, negotiating of sales contract terms, sales price and product quantity, and coordinating internal and external resources. 4、 收集市场最新政策及竞争公司信息,及时反馈市场信息及客户要求 Collect the latest market policies and competitive company information, and make timely feedbacks of the market information and client needs. 5、 参加重要展会及行业峰会,做好品牌营销和客户挖掘 Participate in important industry events, trade shows, exhibitions and summits.
