For starting our business operations in Europe, we are looking for an Electricity MarketStrategy and Planning Manager (m/f/x) As a Power Strategy and Planning Manager (m/f/x) you will be part of our Power Planning & Development team and be responsible for designing and implementing Europe power business strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, long term strategic outlook, as well as strong energy Industry background. Job responsibilities: - Develop data and local insights Ｏn Europe electricity power markets to support the business and operation, and provide insights into operational efficiency - Define NIO strategy regarding energy purchase and trading in order to maximize value - Identify, negotiate and find local partners to support implementation of local strategy - Lead implementation of designed strategy to achieved tangible results - Support NIO global teams in identify local needs and long-term product localization 任职要求： Job Requirements: - 3-5 years of demonstrated ability and proven track record of leading strategy and operations in industry leading or entrepreneurial Energy company (including but not limited to leading utilities, energy trading companies, energy consulting firms etc.) - Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; flexibility, sense of urgency, creative problem solver, desire to build from the ground up - Positive attitude, team player, collaborator - Results oriented, attention to both big picture as well as detail If you're excited about this job and the NIO brand, we're looking forward to seeing your application (please provide your CV and motivation letter in English).
