职责描述: 1.领导合同/采购团队,负责所有现场合同的服务交付。 2.根据公司战略计划负责采购活动。 3.建立信誉并有说服力地进行谈判,以最小的风险实现最佳性价比。 4.审查招标和合同文件。 5.支持合同管理员评估现有合同变更的重大索赔。 6.领导合同谈判,以提供最佳的商业成果,并最大限度地降低高价值/风险和合同风险。 7. 供应商/承包商管理。 Lead the contracts / sourcing team responsible for service delivery of all site contracts. Contribute to procurement activities whilst relating these to the Northparkes Mines strategic plan. Establish credibility and approach negotiations persuasively ensuring the best value for money with minimal risks to NPM. Reviewing of tender and contract documentation. Support the Contracts Administrator during assessment of major claims for variation of existing contracts. Lead negotiation of contracts to deliver optimal commercial outcome and minimise contractual risk to NPM On high value/risk contracts. Supplier/contractor management. 任职要求: 1、5年以上合同管理及供应商管理经验,丰富的合同谈判、合同梳理经验。 2、base澳大利亚,要求英语流利。
