We are looking for a highly efficient Country Manager to help us achieve our goals of increasing revenue and customer acquisition by making our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team, developing sales plans and justifying those plans to senior management. Responsibilities • Achieve growth and sales targets through successful management of the sales team • Design and implement a strategic business plan that increases the company's client portfolio and guarantees its strong presence in Colombia. • Establish and foster strong and lasting relationships with clients by cooperating with them and understanding their needs. • Present sales, revenue and expense reports as well as realistic forecasts to the management team • Identify emerging markets and changes in the market, being fully aware of new products and the state of competition Requirements • Previous successful experience in medical equipment sales • Previous successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Experience in developing sales channels, especially in developing the distributor network. • Commitment to continuous training through workshops, seminars and conferences • Demonstrated ability to credibly and effectively communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to guide the sales process from planning to closing • Strong business acumen and industry experience • Excellent skills in guiding, teaching and managing people
