Job Title: Account Management Assistance 客户管理助理 based at: Monterrey,Mexico 本职位工作地点在墨西哥 Responsible to: Account Management Manager/Supervisor Purpose of Role: Receive and manage customer order from demanding clients Responsibilities 1. Response to customer On quotation/order/lead time/delivery etc. inquiry or quality complaint timely. 2. Regularly communicate with customers about open order status, new product and service opportunities, special developments, forecast information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff. 3. Follow up payment status or shipment pick up plan with customers 4. Communicate with shipping and factories to arrange shipment to customers On time, update system. 5. Communicate On customer pull in or push out request, maintain correct CRD into system. 6. Manage suppliers to feedback delivery date timely and deliver shipment On time. 7. Will provide free Spanish language training and should mange base Spanish after a year. 8. Others Competencies/Skills required Must 1. Good at reading, writing, speaking Chinese, English.Or in Spanish 2. Loves Challenging yourself 3. Be proactive and have strong team-spirits. 4. Good at time management 5. Ability to persuade and influence others. 6. Ability to develop and deliver good presentations. 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 8. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. 9. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule. 10. Willing to stay in Mexico for two years with vacation to come back to China during Chinese New Year Education/Experience No working experience is needed.
