Qualifications ●Motivated by creating something from nothing or designing a new way to do something ●Hunger for knowledge, personal growth, and passion for learning ●You have proven experience marketing to technical, enterprise audiences and are proud of the campaigns you've launched and the revenue impact created for your company ●You live anywhere in the US and thrive in a remote, connected work environment ●3 years experience in B2B marketing, including demand generation, Ｏnline&Offline conferences and events, SEO & SEM, paid-media platforms, and more ●You know Mailchimp and Google Analytics like the back of your hand ●Irrefutable track record of hitting or exceeding targets within a fast-growth company ●Excellent writing and communication skills ●Strong analytical and critical thinking skills ●Experience marketing Robotics technology ●Agency background Responsibilities ●In this role, you'll lead and build a team focused Ｏn content, campaigns, and events that educate and inspire prospects and customers ●You'll be a key driver of scale, setting the pace of pipeline acceleration while establishing the necessary systems and relationships to maintain our growth trajectory ●Optimize marketing programs through investments in tools & processes that allow us to test, analyze, and execute multi-channel campaigns with measurable results ●Run owned event project meetings, project management, scheduling project meetings, compiling key actions for progression, project tracking, executing and providing data for post-event evaluation ●Successfully deliver events that drive business results for cross-sell, upsell and new business ●You’ll be responsible for the master event schedule and coordinating all aspects of each event ●Secure venues, budget, negotiate to ensure events are within budget and maximizing event ROI ●Work together to quickly, efficiently, and effectively solve issues and improve the business ●Passionately debate ideas to get to the best outcome and then Ｏnce a decision has been made move forward together to make it successful as a cross-functional team ●Manage agency and vendor relationships to extend the abilities of our team and leverage best practices and technologies across marketing ●Own relationships with internal sales and operations leaders; establish and maintain strong communication channels and demonstrate impact against sales targets ●Currently the Remote working model in place and based Ｏn management decision travel requirements will be updated ●Report directly to HQ and operate as a member of the marketing leadership team to inform strategy and improve operations across the organization
