Responsibilities: 1.Design Beosin's related products, conduct competitor analysis and communicate with users, participate in drafting of detailed project requirements, help clarify the scope of project delivery. Determine the priority of each function, delivery time and quality. 2.Complete product design based Ｏn market demands, including but not limited to flowcharts, prototype drawings, product specifications, operation manuals, etc. 3.Continue to do functional analysis, product planning and market research Ｏn the business system that you are responsible for and carry out necessary function iterations. 4.Actively communicate and cooperate with developers and UI designers, clarify business requirements and technical indicators, answer relevant questions in a timely manner. 5.Define and analyze key success metrics for high-quality product launch, and track project follow-up requirements as needed. 6.Study the latest blockchain market trends, write project experience report, and make reasonable suggestions for the development of corresponding project design. Requirements: 1.Bachelor/master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience. 2.3-5 years of retail product experience, a track record of building exceptional products that delight your users and produce clear business impact. 3.Have solid knowledge in blockchain, can quickly understand and master new technologies and new tools. 4.Able to distill sophisticated information into easy-to-understand concepts and understand how to advise a team through ambiguity. 5.Have good professional ethics and be able to take the initiative to accept pressure and challenges. 6.Proficient in Axure, Sketch, Figma or other UIUX tools, graphic design skill is preferred. 7.Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries.
