What you need to get the job done Our ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and 10 years of experience in RF Design, microwave Design, base station Radio development, radar, or similar. Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience bringing solutions to market. Successful candidates will have the ability to: · Perform complex design work related to RF and Microwave circuitry · Provide technical advice and direction to project management and business development · Research, develop and implement new and innovative design strategies · Understand and be able to design elements of an RF front end such as filters, LNAs, PAs, PLDROs, PLL’s etc. · Complete component selection and device characterization · Prepare schematics, and support layout activities · Perform radio and board level design and verification · Trouble shoot and debug hardware issues · Write specifications, test documentation and reports · Perform board level system bring-up and integration What will make us REALLY love you · Candidate should be highly motivated, a self starter, and a team player · Able to work well with in a multidisciplinary team · Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manage many different projects at Ｏnce · Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, providing effective communication to build strong relationships internally as well as with our customers. · Experience developing software in cellular radio technologies, i.e. 4G, LTE, 5G, NR, RU, RRH · Detailed understanding of the 3GPP LTE/5G-NR standards and O-RAN specification · Experience in networking or telecommunication · Understanding O-RAN architecture and its practical application · Strong hands-on skills in multi-core embedded or open-source software design · Outstanding problem-solving ability, including debugging/analytical skills · Organized, goal-oriented, self-starter, with a team focused mentality · Able to mentor and guide junior members of the team
