Job Description: We are establishing an mRNA therapeutics research team in Europe. The team will focus Ｏn mRNA therapeutics discovery for cancer immunotherapy and mRNA vaccine discovery for infectious diseases. The team will lead and contribute to our global mRNA therapeutic platform and pipeline advancement. The team will recruit a group of talent scientists globally with diverse expertise in mRNA therapeutics. With the Head of mRNA Team position, we are seeking a candidate, who will bring leadership and broad expertise in mRNA therapeutics discovery for the advancement of cancer immunotherapy and vaccine discovery. Job Responsibilities: 1.Lead mRNA Team in Europe.- Oversee team research activities. Ensure team research progress and cross-site and cross-functional collaborations; 2.Lead and contribute to the development of mRNA therapeutic platform, with the focus Ｏn cancer immunotherapy and vaccines; 3.Establish and progress pipeline for mRNA-based cancer therapeutic vaccines. Lead cancer therapeutic vaccine projects- Work closely with cross-functional teams and CROs to progress candidates from discovery to IND-enabling studies; 4.Provide supervision of team members and junior scientists. Job Requirements: 1.Ph.D. in immunology, vaccine biology, immune-oncology or tumor immunology or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in an industry setting; 2.Experience in team management and project management; 3.Broad experience in mRNA therapeutics discovery; 4.Expertise Ｏn mRNA cancer vaccine, tumor specific antigen identification, mRNA vaccine designing and functional verification. Deep understanding the molecular mechanisms of antigen presenting and T cell activation; 5.Proven track record of accomplishments in the cancer immunotherapy field; 6.High spirit Ｏn innovation, teamwork, and professional dedication. Strong communication skills.
