Job Description: 1、 Fully responsible for the daily human resource management of the German branch 2、 Establish human resources and administrative process and policies of the German branch based On local laws and regulations, control the labor relationship risks, improve employees' work enthusiasm to support healthy business development; 3、 Deliver the key talents by using the kinds of recruitment channels effectivity throughout combine with the development needs of the company and the deep knowledge of the business of the German Branch. 4、 Responsible for the employment contracts establishing, salary payment, tax payment and other HR work of the German branch 5、Maintain the employee file information to ensure the veracity and timeliness of manpower data, ensure the consistency between actual labor cost and system record cost; 6、 Cooperate with setting up the performance appraisal system of the German branch, ensure effective implementation of the management norms. Collect performance appraisal data and establish employee performance appraisal files to provide basic information for performance salary accounting. 7、 Be a strong advocate and role model for the company’s culture. Establish the benign interactive channel between employees and HIGO. Promote the employee sense of belonging via kinds of employee care activities. 8、 Assist domestic employees visa application, work permit application, rental and other comprehensive administrative affairs. 9、 Keep smooth communication with the headquarters to promote the implementation of policies within the German branch Qualifications/Requirements: 1. base: Resident in Stuttgart, Germany Salary: Negotiable 2. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years HR related working experience. 3. Familiar with German local laws and regulations, labor union and government policies; 4. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and German 5. Ability to solve complex problems, excellent interpersonal understanding and continuous learning ability 6. With Strong ability of organization and execution, good communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure and full of sense of responsibility
