职责描述: 1, Develop new/improved virtual tools and methods for all departments with regards to improved quality of existing methods (e.g. Rubber Durability Simulation, Rubber Dynamics Simulation, Fatigue Parameter Database, FEA in CAD Software, automatic rubber mount calculation, etc.). 2, New methods where there is no solution yet (e.g. use of AI in the development process, new automatic tools for PD, ad hoc simulation software, experimental/simulation comparision, etc.). 3, Proof/Evidence that new developed virtual tools and methods have a benefit in quality and/or efficiency (Proof of Concept). 4, Understand and translate the needs of FEA, PD, AD, CAD, Testing, MD, PE (all segments and locations) to potential virtual solutions. 5, Collect information about state of the art technologies as well as future technologies (contact to universities, attending of conferences, literature, social media, etc.). 6, Evaluate and set up of existing software and virtual environment solutions (e.g. 3D Experience, cloud based hardware usage, etc.). 7, Work out predefined topics in a project framework (Target, Timing, Deliverables, Milestones, etc.) 8, Knowledge Sharing (ConNext), Guidelines, Workshops resulting from the development of virtual solutions。 9, Implementation of software, tools, methods in the corresponding departments. 10,Train people in the responsible functional area network to the latest standards and procedures. 11,Support Methods and Tools development which is performed in the segments. 12, Ensure a robust network within the responsible functional area across all product development teams in segment with a transparent, effective and efficient knowledge transfer and communication. 13, Ensure a robust network between R&D and all other stakeholders (e.g. Continental central function, Continental other BU's, Institutes, Universities, Suppliers) in the responsible functional area. 14, Organize and moderate workshops and focus On execution of defined actions in specific functional area. 任职要求: 1, Elastomer and polymer science knowhow. 2, NVH Products and production knowhow. 3, Communication skills and English Language skills. 4, FEA software skills (Abaqus, Hyperworks). 5, Programming knowhow. 6, Mechanics, Continuum Mechanics, Finite Element Theory.
