职责描述： 1. Recruit/lead the Protein Science team 2. Develop pipelines/technologies to produce quality proteins supporting antibody therapeutics development 3. Design and execute experimental protocols for protein expression/purification, in high throughput if required. 4. Optimize and troubleshoot expression systems for optimal yield. 5. Setup analytical criteria and conduct biophysical characterization experiments Ｏn antibody candidates. 6. Work cross-functional teams for timely delivery of the protein products for all projects. 7. Effectively communicate with colleagues; provide updates to project teams and present results at project team and management. 任职要求： 1. Ph.D. in Molecular/Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics or a related discipline with at least 3 years of hands-on experience either in industry or academia. 2. Effective team builder/leader 3. Broad experience in expressing recombinant proteins in various expression systems, including Pichia Pastoris and mammalian expression systems. 4. Extensive hands-on experience in protein purification using a variety of chromatographic techniques with proficiency in using FPLC systems.
