Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: According to the global strategy of the company, make and implement the local sales and marketing plans in order to reach the sales target. Map out appropriate product, price, channel and promotion policies, to develop, maintain and manage healthy relationships with all customers. Coordinate with marketing dept. to plan and conduct marketing activities in order to maintain brand popularity and position On the market. Monitor and manage the stock level of distribution partners and make timely and reasonable forecasts to make sure business runs smoothly. Cooperate with operation team to fulfill the customer orders timely, collect the receivables from the customers. Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts as well as the marketing budget. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor or above in business, marketing or related major. 5 years work experience as sales or project managers in security, ICT, robotics, etc. industry. Preferably from B2B sector. Fluent English speaking, and French, German, Italian and Spanish as a second language (preferred). Strong communication skills and team spirit. Strong in market insights, analyzing the market and industrial trends and making the quick adaptations. Flexible with frequent business travelling (normal times). Passionate for new challenges, persistent and eager for growth and success. Preferably having management experience of a team, in certain regions or big markets.
