岗位职责: 1.加入公司驻外标准团队，常驻美国洛杉矶。代表公司参与支付相关的国际性标准组织工作，与国际专家共商创新支付解决方案、制定技术标准，如业务流程、接口协议、数据安全要求等； 2.根据公司产品发展战略，将公司和国内产业界对国际标准的诉求纳入国际标准中； 3.分析创新国际标准的技术特点、结合公司产品和系统的实际情况，制定标准实施方案； 4.跟踪研究国际支付创新技术的发展前沿和业界动态，为公司在标准、业务、产品、战略等方面的发展提供具有国际视野的资讯、意见和建议。 •Participate in the technical and/or operational activities of external global technical organizations, such as EMVCo and PCI SSC, Ｏn behalf of UnionPay. Perform a liaison role between company’s internal team and external working groups or committees of those organizations; •Candidate will be expected to research and develop payment functional and security standards or protocols in cross-organizational settings; •Contribute to the adoption and conversion from standards/protocols into actual product, implementations, or business programs; •Researching/analyzing emerging technology areas and making business and strategic recommendations in accordance to company’s strategy; •Other related responsibilities will be assigned depending Ｏn candidate’s skill set and background experience; 任职资格: 1.应届生和有工作经验人士均可。有在美合法工作身份者优先； 2.计算机、电子、通讯等相关专业本科及以上，热衷于新技术的研究和学习，对新技术的学习有较强的领悟力； 3.英语流利，可作为工作语言，并具备优秀的中、英文写作能力和表达能力。有留学、境外工作背景者优先； 4.性格外向，具有较强的沟通、协调能力； 5.具备良好的身体素质，能够适应全球差旅。 工作地点：美国洛杉矶 •With strong background in payments, finance, or information technologies/security, experience in FinTech and payment ecosystem is preferred; •Passionate about emerging technologies and quick learner Ｏn new technologies; •Having a great sense of evolving changes driven by new technologies such as mobile payments, IOT and FinTech, etc.; •With excellent communication skill and equally successful in both team and self-direct settings; •Fluency and excellence in written and verbal communication in both Mandarin Chinese and English; •Having the willingness and flexibility to adapt to the culture of Chinese company for daily business conducting is crucial； •Willing to travel for up to 8 weeks per year; •New graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as a junior level of this position; •A minimum of bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or other IT related fields;
