RNA Director/Associate Director（核酸/基因治疗 总监/副总监）

职责描述： • Provide direct scientific leadership and lead research team to identify and initiate new projects. • Drive and lead the RNA technology platform set-up and contribute to development of internal SOPs • Responsible for the successful design of project plans, project prioritization and selection, oversee internal teams and external activities. • Review laboratory records for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that the records and raw data are properly documented and retained • Manage material generation for internal and external analytical and drug product and formulation teams • Lead tech transfer of the developed RNA drug processes to the internal or external teams • Serve as a subject matter expert for platform and next generation nucleic drug substance acid processes and technologies • Manage, mentor, motivate, develop, and retain staff to support assigned activities; conduct performance reviews and drive goal setting and development planning. • Accountable for the key preclinical and regulatory documents for IND application and patent application within agreed timelines and meeting all regulatory requirements. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders relevant to drug candidates and therapeutic areas. • Contributes to the identification and evaluation of potential business development opportunities for supporting corporate portfolio and QLD incubator. • Support business development team to evaluation external opportunity. 任职要求： • Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field with 5 years’ experience in developing RNA therapeutics • Hands-on experience with RNA process development and product characterization • Highly effective leadership, including training and developing individual talent and building high-performing teams • Ability to relentlessly prioritize and align efforts with high impact opportunities • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Understanding of the structure of RNA and tools to evaluate RNA folding is a plus • Experience in in vivo gene editing is a plus 关于我们： QLD Biotherapeutics Inc, located in Boston, Massachusetts, has over 24,000 SF state-of-the-art labs and facilities.
