Business Development Director The job description: 1) Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new and existing markets. 2) Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand. 3) Direct all customer relationship activities to ensure delivery of high quality service 4) Collaborate with company top executives to set business objectives and development goals. 5) Set up meetings with key customers to deliver sales pitches and conduct sales of company products and services. 6) Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments. 7) Establish strategic partnership with other companies to leverage On their network. 8) Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of business development personnel. 9) Review current approach to business development and make changes where necessary. 10) Assign sales quota and target to business development team and sales/marketing units. 11) Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities. 12) Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals. 13) Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received products/services. 14) Ensure departmental goals are in line with company growth strategy. Requirements: 1) Master’s degree, more than 5 years of experience as an international business development manager/director in orthopedic, preferred sports medicine field. 2) Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience. 3) Be able to direct and coordinate the operations of a business development unit to achieve set objectives. 4) Strong business acumen. 5) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 6) Exceptional leadership and management skills. 7) Effective communication and negotiation skills. 8) Detail-oriented and persuasive.
