Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused both On financial gain and customer satisfaction Promote the company’s products/services (such as increasing hashing power) addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Handle VIP clients in the blockchain space Job Requirements: Able to communicate in both English and Russia Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role Experience in sales within the blockchain (crypto) industry Experience handling and managing VIP clients Be sensitive to processes, and has clear, logical thinking for related duties Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, driven, and quick-learner
