Understand the platform rules and support fan growth with platform activities and hot topics. 2. Responsible for the recruitment and personnel management of local anchors Ｏn a daily basis, make relevant data statistics, as well as daily interface and delivery with the HR and finance of parent company. 3. Responsible for the materials, products and relevant links needed for live streaming as well as other work after live streaming. Control and service during the live streaming like atmosphere activation, etc., to ensure a smooth live streaming. 4. Responsible for the live streaming registration, payment, product samples sending and tracking, anchor live streaming follow-up statistics. 5. Responsible for screening, updating, and evaluating anchors, as well as live streaming monologue, rights and interests, data, settlement and any other related works. 6. Take up some duties assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: 1. Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and solve problems. 2. Want to make money and willing to break through. 3. Acceptable to work overtime (may have to work overtime occasionally even Ｏn weekends due to projects). 4. Good resistance to pressure and execution ability, do not give up when encountering problems. 5. Interested in the live streaming, Chinese or Chinese students with UK PSW visa, can work legally in the UK for at least two years. Remuneration and benefits. 1. 2000-2200 British pounds/month. 2. Provide the candidate with conditions such as settling in Shanghai as international students and working opportunities back in China.
