职责描述： Job Description: - Develop strong technical and business relationship with STELLANTIS and European OEM’s interface; - Coordinate resources to solve quality issue occasionally happened in customer plants; - Provide Ｏnsite product application support to customer engineering teams; - Day-to-day activities includes front-line support at customer site with face-to-face interface as well as email and phone communications, characterizing issues reported, and driving timely solutions feedback to customer; - Manage product engagement with regular customer review meetings and bringing critical customer requirements to Account Team and responsible person; - Explore potential business opportunities in customer department and report to manager in time; - The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills with passion for problem solving. 任职要求： Responsibility and Working Site: 1. Working with customer daily Ｏn Cinching Liftgate Door Latch, Anti Pinch Switch, Spindle & other Auto smart closure products development. Drive and monitor latch, APS & Spindle product & solution engagements at customer site; 2. Assist to submit latch, APS and Spindle engineering samples and documents required by customer; 3. Bringing customer requirements or technical issues to responsibility person or team in China; 4. Weekly reporting and tracking product quality performance Ｏn customer site (PPM, IPTV); 5.Manage plant Ｏn site quality technician and assign daily works; 6.Prefer working at Frankfurt in Germany and Sochaux in France； 7.Can work flexibly, be able to overtime working and traveling (Germany, France, China); 8.Have initiative to communicate with colleagues and learn from them; 9.Can accept manager/leader’s arrangement based Ｏn company business needs; Educational Level: - Position requires a college or above degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience, mechanical aptitude, and basic knowledge of electronics, stamping & molding processes and related; - Sufficient oral and written English level, Fluent French is preferred; - Knowledge of safety procedures required. Personal Skills: - Proficient in Window’s office software; - 5 to 20 years of product engineering or quality experience in Tier 1 or OME’s industry; - Off-line analysis capability, be familiar with STELLANTIS, VW, OEM’s APQP process be preferred; - Analysis techniques and quality tools (8D, 5Why); - Strong ability of independent working and self-management; - Network to support difficult problems (Video conferencing, Zoom Meeting, etc.).
