The role is global but preferably you are based in Ｏne of the Product Sourcing offices in China; Shunde, Hefei or Shanghai. We are looking for a Supplier Sustainability Development Manager, in our Product Sourcing Sustainability team, to drive climate footprint reduction in operations with our suppliers. You will together with our team develop and drive best practices, processes, and tools to ensure our supply base is producing our products in line with our ambitious sustainability targets. Your main tasks: • In cooperation with Sourcing managers and supported by Group Operations Sustainability organization develop the supply base to be in line with our sustainability strategies and plans for Greenhouse gas reduction. • Program management of Green House gas reduction programs in line with plans and targets. • Drive Greenhouse gas reduction road maps with our strategic suppliers. • Identifying gaps, opportunities and sustainable solutions and support implementation cross product categories and suppliers. • Develop best practices, process, and tools. Provide expertise in decision making as well as share knowledge and boost stakeholders’ competence development. • Support data analytics and report progress to key stake holders. Qualifications: • Master’s or Batchelor degree with a major in industrial engineering, Manufacturing or Sustainability • Min 8 years working in manufacturing, or supplier development. Whereof minimum of 3 years’ experience in the climate field including knowledge in Energy management and efficiency, as well as energy sources. Knowledge in ISO 14 000, ISO 50001, and Reporting schemes such as CDP. • Experience in working in an international environment and within a supplier context would be an advantage • A result-oriented leader with an interest to lead, incl. strong influencing & stakeholder management skills and strong business acumen. Excellent communicator with different seniority level in the organisation. Independent and self-driven. • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess and understand complex situations and address it with a pragmatic approach. • Required languages: Fluent Mandarin & English written and spoken • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
