工作描述：
Job description:
1.收集大米、腰果、豆类、玉米、等坦桑尼亚各大类大宗农产品产地交易/收购相关信息。包括价格、收购方式、政府政策、等相关信息；
2.对产地收购/采购，对质量进行筛选、检验。同时每一阶段（周/月）对项目情况进行适当分析，与上述信息一并向项目负责人汇报；
3.协助项目负责人进行产地端采购、仓储安排、运输物流联络等对应工作；
4.加入/跟进各类农产品相对应的政府或民间协会，扩展采购和业务渠道；
5.未来协助建立并管理4-5人小型农产品采购团队；
1. Collect information Ｏn the trade/acquisition of rice, cashew nuts, beans, corn, etc. of major agricultural products in Tanzania, including price, acquisition method, government policy, etc.
2. Acquisition/procurement of origin, quality screening, inspection.Conduct appropriate analysis of project situation at each stage (week/month basis) , reportthe above information to the project manager;
3. To assist the project manager to carry out corresponding work of source-side procurement, storage arrangement, transportation logistics liaison, etc.
4. Join/follow up Ｏn government or non-governmental associations corresponding to all types of agricultural products and expand procurement and business channels;
5. To assist in the establishment and management of an agricultural products procurement team of 4-5 people in the future;

专业要求：农产品种植加工/市场营销/贸易类专业。接受过农产品（水稻、腰果、豆类、玉米、木薯）等加工工艺和质量检验等专业技能培训者优先；
工作经验：需要直接从事过相关农产品生产加工或大宗农产品采购工作。或农产品采购团队管理工作；
Professional requirements: Agricultural product cultivation and processing / marketing / trade. Those who have received training in processing technology and quality inspection of agricultural products (rice, cashew nuts, beans, corn, cassava) are preferred;
Work experience: Need to directly engage in the production and processing of related agricultural products or bulk agricultural procurement work; or in the management of agricultural procurement team;
薪资：实习期（1-3个月根据工作表现）50万先令/月（含税社保），实习期过正式签约后加驻外补贴/绩效/奖金；
Salary: probation period (1-3 months based Ｏn job performance) 500,000 shillings / month (including tax social security),foreign subsidy / performance / bonus will be added after the probation period;

能力要求：具备良好的沟通能力和适应能力，以及学习能力;
具备良好的英语/斯瓦西里语读、写、说能力;
熟悉坦桑尼亚各类农产品交易习惯、流程；
能够辨识、检验农产品质量，对产品进行分类；
性格开朗，责任心强，有团队意识并能带领4-5人小型采购团队；
Ability requirements: good communication skills and adaptability, as well as learning ability;
Good command of reading, writing and speaking in English/swahili;
Familiar with trading practice and procedures of various agricultural products in Tanzania;
Be able to identify and test the quality of agricultural products and classify the products;
Cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and capability of leading a small purchasing team of 4-5 people;
