Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and setup loyalty program for members.
- Works effectively and independently Ｏn user growth, conversion, and retention program.
- Analyze and using the data support to monitor products and program’s performance, enhancement of project for continuous improvement.
- Work with team to ensure all information Ｏn the platform are accurate and up to date, include but not limited to languages, products, program information and details.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field.
- Strong logical thinking and analysis skill.
- Strong organizational and communication skill, team-oriented philosophy, and problem-solving skills.
