RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead plant production in day-to-day operation and overall management of factory.
Liaise and work closely with various parties : Head office, Customers, Suppliers, Government to meet our operation requirements;
Ensure social compliances, health and safety regulations, labour law and environmental issues are followed;
Planning, coordinating, evaluating and scheduling works to ensure quality standard, delivery schedules, compliances and total customer satisfaction are met.
Work in Sri-lanka factory

REQUIREMENT
Degree in business;
5 years Ｏn-site experiences Ｏn overall factory operations and management;
Knowledge of garment trims & accessories such as paper hangtags, printed labels, boxes, etc. is highly preferable, but not essential;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation and presentation skills,
Well versed in PC applications, in particalur to MS office; Excel & Outlook;
Fluent in spoken & written Chinese, English & Putonghua;
Experiences in dealing with Government departments for factory affairs.
