1. Reporting to the HR Head, develop and execute effective and well organized recruiting strategy & activities, to attract, interview and select candidates that meet current & future business needs.
2. Plan and conduct induction program for new hires, Employer of choice image building, regularly study reasons of staff resignation and talent market supply situation, in order to improve working environment and other employer value propositions to effectively retain and attract talent staff.
Job Requirements:
1. Very familiar with and well experienced in building up recruitment channels and local networking 2. Proficiency in selection interview techniques
3. Strong business sense, resourceful, excellent communication and influencing skills
4. Able to read, write and speak Chinese is a MUST.
