河南百川畅银环保能源股份有限公司（以下简称百川环能或公司）成立于2009年4月，注册资本为12032万元。公司现有员工1000余人，专科以上学历占80%，硕士以上学历者80余人，其中包括能源专家、环境工程专家和金融投资专家。
