Power & Operation Manager（J5ERV）

Responsibilities: Responsible for leading energy team to implement the NIO Power energy business in Europe, including power swap (site selection, construction, operation), charging (home charger installation, site selection, construction, operation, sales) , Battery operations (security, logistics, upgrades), and other energy-related user services and business development. This position requires good user experience awareness and team leadership, leading the entire team to continuously improve user experience and efficiency. Qualifications Enthusiasm and confidence: Have sufficient mental preparation for the difficulties of starting a business, be able to solve the problems faced with enthusiasm, and have full confidence in the development of the electric vehicle industry. Eager to learn, continuous progress and growth: strong learning and analysis skills, strong communication and coordination skills, can continuously break cognitive boundaries, identify key issues, optimize business models, and promote personal and organizational growth. Have business awareness and knowledge of user experience. User enterprise is our vision. It must be able to perceive user needs and pain points, and be very sensitive to cost and efficiency. Have overall management capability: able to communicate with the leaders of local government authorities to promote the industrial policy and resource allocation of local electric vehicles, and also go to the front line to solve specific problems, and overcome the specific landing of power swap, charging stations difficulties. Other preferred but non-essential conditions: those who have worked in marketing, sales, government relations, etc., and who have strong ability to deal with people are preferred; those with 10 to 50 or more leadership experience are preferred; similar positions in the Internet, energy and power, transportation and real estate industries are preferred; those with MBA, project management experience are preferred.
